The session equips designers, strategists, and creative professionals with foundational frameworks for understanding the difference between building digital and AI-enabled experiences, Human Engagement Risks™ that arise with AI-enabled experiences and how to design to eliminate or minifize them, and the five tiers of decision-making specturm for AI-enabled services including Agents and how to build guardrails for them. The session includes 5 hands-on labs plus additional lab exercises, MindfulAI™ Playbook, Course Exercise Book and access to Orunmila, RightAI’s online AI Teaching Assistant. Attendance is monitored throughout via unpredictable interactive mechanisms; participants will be advised of the number of responses required to earn full CPE credit. The program content and knowledge level will equate to the background of the intended participants
